Thank you for shopping with XFITTING. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping practices below.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day.

  • Saturday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after these cut-off times, on Sundays, or on U.S. federal holidays ship on the next business day.

  • Large or custom orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using USPS and UPS only.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Options: Upgraded shipping services are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying orders when indicated in promotions or at checkout.

  • All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your order at any time using the link provided.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized packages or freight shipments.

  • International shipping is not yet available.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement when appropriate.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Address changes or order cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, XFITTING is not responsible for incorrect addresses or re-routing fees.
